Do You Need to Prepare?

There are only a few things that you need to do to get ready:

• Block out some time – a great home inspection can take somewhere around three hours

• Check the utilities – call the agent to see if the gas, water, and electrical are all on

• Coordinate with the agent(s) to gain access to the house for the necessary time

And that's it. Now you are ready to learn all about your home.
